    you can read more about this on our about page, but in a nutshell: we provide the highest quality shirts & prints with some of the most original and unique designs you can find.

    the short answer is no, not officially. that said, if you think you have a design idea that would fit in with our style here at teesey, feel free to send us an email (shirts [at] teesey [dot] com) or use our contact page.

  5. how do you process orders?

    our checkout process is super secure and ultra encrypted. we use 128 bit encryption to safely process your order and your payment info is never stored or saved. visa? mastercard? amex? discover? we take them all.

    we are also strong supporters of bartering. unfortunately we haven't yet figured out how to accept beer through the internet.

  6. alright, i've paid for my order. now what?

    sweet! you'll get a confirmation email from us and if you created an account during checkout you can view your order status here. either way, we'll let you know when your order ships out

  7. ok, tell me everything you know about shipping

    we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). first class.

    shipping rates for domestic orders:

    1-3 items: $5

    more than 3 items: free!

    0 items: also free!

    delivery time for domestic orders is usually 2-7 business days.

    shipping rate to canada:

    all orders: $9

    shipping rate for international orders:

    all orders: $13

    we'll do our best to get an order to anyone who wants one of our products. please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery - it'll be worth the wait.

  8. what's your guarantee?

    it's simple. we guarantee you'll be thoroughly happy with your order. if you're not, we'll pay for return shipping and refund your money.

  9. what shirts do you print on?

    we print all of our designs on American Apparel t-shirts.

  10. what size shirt should I buy?

    check out the (unisex) sizing chart below:

    keep in mind that American Apparel shirts fit a tiny bit more snugly than the "average" t-shirt. so when in doubt, go for the larger size (i.e. if you wear medium/large shirts, go with large).
